Following the success of previous years Filham Funday will have a stage for the 7th year running. The development of the stage and its pro-active stage team has led to bands and entertainers coming back year after year.
Bands or Entertainers have the option to fill slots in the afternoon or evening. Filham Funday has led to small bands "making it" for themselves and assists in performers gaining confidence to perform to a wide audience. Many band members of current bands have performed at Filham Funday including The Days, Red Vegas, POL, Aura and A&E. Filham Funday also paves the way for Soloists including Nick the Fish & Dan Cottle.
The Filham Funday stage has evolved year on year with assistance from Kays Transport with the loaning of two arctic trailers. Are you able to loan us a full size stage for the weekend? or able to help us over the weekend? If so why not email us? Contact the stage team
Filham Funday 2007
The stage team last year struggled to cope with the elements right up until the main event. A torrent of heavy rain seen huge problems in two arctic coming onto site. After huge deliberation a stage was erected and a wide range of acts performed throughout the day from Soloists to large rock bands. Many young performers had there first chance of performing on a large stage infront of hundreds of people.Band/Entertainment forms are now available online.
